ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available)

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Totally Scrubs Medical Uniforms is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
